I. Overview: Core Values

Core values are fundamental to all that an organization does (in this case, they are fundamental to what we shall strive to do for the Lord). They distinguish one ministry from another, and they explain why some people are attracted to a church while others are not.

Core values dictate personal involvement. If an individual’s core values align with the ministry, the individual is more likely to invest his or her life in the ministry.
